Job Description

We are seeking a Flight Services Manager to lead our team in East Kilbride. This role involves overseeing flight operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety are maintained while managing staff and liaising with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily flight operations, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance skills and service delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize flight schedules.
  • Assist in budget management and resource allocation for flight services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for flight-related inquiries from customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Aviation or Transport Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in the aviation sector, with a focus on customer service management
