We are seeking an experienced Automotive Product Specialist to join our team in Redcar. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automotive products and a passion for driving innovation. You will play a pivotal role in product management, market analysis, and liaising with customers to improve product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Shape product vision and strategy based on market needs and company objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to inform product development.
• Work closely with marketing team to launch products effectively.
• Act as a primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops to improve product features and functions.
• Conduct customer interviews to validate product concepts and features.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure product alignment.
• Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders on product development progress.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to product management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in automotive or technology product management
