Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our Sheffield team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of exciting projects, including infrastructure development, transportation systems, and urban planning. You will play a key role in designing, managing, and overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative engineering solutions for challenging projects.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to designs.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status.
• Facilitate team meetings to gather project updates and discuss challenges.
• Review and approve contractor work and quality checks.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design tasks.
• Enhance project efficiency through data analysis and reporting.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for project proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in civil engineering

Languages
