Job Description

As a Grinding Machine Operator, you will be key in ensuring the quality of metal components through precise grinding, lapping, polishing, and buffing processes. Your attention to detail and technical skills will help us maintain our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various grinding machines, including CNC grinders.
• Ensure the selection and installation of appropriate grinding wheels.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections of finished products.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Certification in Machining or Related Field

Experience

• Experience working with precision components and various types of grinding wheels.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Aptitude

Advantageous

• Experience with CAD/CAM Software: Proficient in using CAD/CAM software to design and operate machinery.
