Job Description

As a Process Technician, you will be instrumental in the operation and maintenance of our manufacturing systems. Your role will involve troubleshooting equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and optimising production to achieve maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Operate critical manufacturing systems with precision to ensure efficiency.
  • Regularly inspect equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Provide technical support to address machinery-related issues swiftly.
  • Comply with industry health and safety standards diligently.
  • Document all production activities and contribute to quality assurance.
  • Work collaboratively to enhance production workflows.
  • Propose improvements in operational processes where applicable.
  • Mentor junior technicians to promote team development.
  • Participate in the formulation of SOPs to standardise operations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is advantageous.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing setting.
