Job Description

We are seeking skilled Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to join our production team. The ideal candidates will operate various types of shoe-making machinery to produce high-quality footwear, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machines and equipment as necessary to improve production efficiency.
• Document and report production data daily for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and improve processes.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment operation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to workplace health and safety policies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience operating manufacturing machinery
