Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Development Scientist to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing experiments to develop new pharmaceutical products, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure streamlined processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify unmet needs and guide product features.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product launch strategies.
• Utilize statistical tools for data analysis and product design optimization.
• Assist in troubleshooting any product-related issues that arise during trials.
• Contribute to publications and presentations showcasing the research findings.
• Support team efforts in maintaining quality management systems throughout product lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in Biochemistry or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline will be considered

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the biotech sector
