Job Description

As a UX Product Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the design and development of our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences that align with business objectives and user needs. Your strategic insights will drive product vision and enhance user satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, design, and enhance the user experience across digital products to align with business goals.
  • Conduct user interviews and surveys to gather actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand alignment in UX designs.
  • Create impactful user experiences by integrating user feedback into the design process.
  • Participate in sprint planning to ensure user perspective is included in product development.
  • Identify user experience opportunities through analytics and reporting.
  • Develop design guidelines and principles to ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Relevant certifications in UX methodologies and design tools
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in digital product design or UX strategy
