Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct statistical analysis and modelling of data.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the research team.
• Advise on strategic direction of research initiatives.
• Establish collaborations with external research institutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarising research results for stakeholders.
• Involve in the training of laboratory staff and students.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in Biomedical Sciences or a related field
• Relevant certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a research-focused role
