Job Description

We are on the lookout for experienced Rolling Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of rolling machines to manufacture high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and automated rolling equipment efficiently.
• Assist in the development of production schedules and timelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and report shortages.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• NVQ Level 2 in Manufacturing or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in machine operation or relevant manufacturing roles

Technical Skills

• Machining Techniques
• Preventive Maintenance

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Certifications

• Forklift Operation License (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a leadership role: Ability to lead and mentor junior staff in machine operation.
• Experience with robotic automation: Familiarity with automated systems and their integration in manufacturing.
