Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow and provide timely treatment.
• Utilise digital imaging and diagnostic tools effectively.
• Advise on preventative dental care and lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with specialists when necessary for patient referrals.
• Supervise and mentor junior dental staff and trainees.
• Implement new patient care initiatives to improve service delivery.
• Ensure all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilised.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or relevant field
• Specialisation in orthodontics is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in general dentistry

Technical Skills

• Pediatric dentistry
• Endodontics

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Time management

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Advanced training in sedation dentistry: Expertise in sedation techniques for patient comfort.
• Experience with laser dentistry: Skilled in the use of dental lasers for various procedures.
