We are on the lookout for a skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our Preston team. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing our procurement and inventory management processes, ensuring timely delivery of products and services while maintaining cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance and reliability.
• Oversee and improve inventory management systems.
• Liaise with various stakeholders regarding supply chain activities.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain.
• Ensure the accurate forecasting of supply chain needs.
• Support the logistics team with scheduling and route planning.
• Assist in resolving supply chain disruptions and issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to enhance collaboration.
• Maintain documentation related to supply chain operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business Management
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a supply chain role
