As a Stone Derrickman, you will play a pivotal role in the operation and maintenance of derrick equipment within the stone industry. Responsibilities

• Control derrick operations for effective stone handling.
• Ensure all lifting operations are conducted with utmost safety.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of all derrick tools.
• Follow strict health and safety guidelines throughout the site.
• Collaborate with other trades for cohesive work processes.
• Document and report any issues with equipment promptly.
• Train new staff in the operation and safety of derrick machinery.

Requirements

Education

• Valid certification in operating derrick equipment

Experience

• Experience in working with various types of stone materials is an advantage.
