Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team in Bristol. In this role, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in managing diverse teams and delivering successful construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and coordinate with various departments to ensure project success.
• Manage procurement processes for materials and services required for construction.
• Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Compile detailed progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in construction project management

• Risk Management

Certifications

• Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)
• NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Health and Safety

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Proficient in Health and Safety regulations: Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.
