We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our esteemed team in Southampton. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge and a passion for patient care. You will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing expert guidance, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care in line with professional standards.
• Ensure all prescriptions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide vaccinations and other health services as required.
• Address patient concerns and queries regarding their medications.
• Perform regular audits and quality checks to improve pharmacy practices.
• Contribute to health promotion initiatives and community health education.
• Act as a point of contact for patient referrals and follow-ups.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting

• Patient Consultation

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist in UK

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical software: Experience with software used for medication dispensing and patient management.
