We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our Cardiff team. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored care plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to address social, emotional, and economic challenges.
• Assist clients in accessing financial assistance and resources.
• Keep updated with changes in social policy and best practices.
• Participate in community outreach and engagement activities.
• Contribute to team discussions and strategy planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social work or community services
