Responsibilities

• Architect and develop network solutions based on client requirements.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of telecommunications hardware.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues for optimal performance.
• Prepare reports on network performance and suggest enhancements.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships for network services and products.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for network components.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in the telecommunications industry with specific experience in network design and implementation

Technical Skills

• Proficient in network security and firewall technologies
• Experience with software-defined networking (SDN) technologies

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent
