Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Methods Consultant who will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients on the best industrial methods and processes. The successful candidate will have significant experience in enhancing operational efficiencies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement frameworks to measure operational efficiency and track improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
• Establish project management protocols to oversee implementation of new processes.
• Mentor junior staff and support their development in process improvement techniques.
• Identify potential risks associated with operational changes and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement methodologies

Technical Skills

• Continuous Improvement Methodologies

Certifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
