Join our team as a Concrete Batching and Mixing Plant Supervisor, where you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our plant. You will manage production processes, ensure quality control, and lead a dedicated team to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the concrete batching and mixing plant on a daily basis.
• Coordinate production schedules and monitor quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and order raw materials as needed.
• Support and guide plant staff in their tasks and career development.
• Identify trends in production data and suggest improvements.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and oversee repairs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance to senior management.
• Participate in strategic planning for future plant operations.
