We are seeking a talented Cybersecurity Engineer to join our dynamic security team in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures to protect our IT systems and data from cyber threats. This role requires a proactive mindset, analytical skills, and a passion for IT security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of security infrastructure and technology.
• Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees.
• Create incident response strategies and manage their execution.
• Evaluate new security technologies and tools for effectiveness.
• Perform regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Document and report on security incidents and resolutions.
• Communicate security issues and updates to management.
• Support compliance efforts with relevant standards and frameworks.
• Work closely with external partners to ensure alignment of security measures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related discipline
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in cybersecurity
