Job Description

As an Electronics Supervisor, you will oversee the production of electronic components and devices, ensuring that all products adhere to our stringent quality standards and safety regulations. Your leadership will guide a talented team, fostering an environment of excellence and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the electronics production line, ensuring efficiency and safety.
  • Develop strategies for continuous improvement in production processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational standards.
  • Train team members on new equipment and processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining electronic devices.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to resolve production issues.
  • Prepare reports on production metrics and performance.
  • Engage in quality control measures to uphold product standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Additional industry certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in electronics manufacturing, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
