Job Description

As a Physical Integration Practitioner, you will provide essential physical therapy services to individuals with disabilities or special needs. Your role involves developing and implementing personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, coordination, and overall physical well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client conditions to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop effective therapy strategies based on individual needs.
  • Facilitate rehabilitation sessions that empower clients.
  • Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously.
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
  • Instruct clients on home-based exercises for sustained recovery.
  • Research and integrate new therapeutic approaches as appropriate.
  • Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety standards.
  • Participate in case reviews and contribute to care planning.
  • Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting is advantageous.
