Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of event planning, including theme design and venue selection.
• Create budgets and forecasts for events, ensuring profitability.

• Evaluate and report event outcomes to stakeholders.
• Assist in marketing events and managing social media campaigns.
• Meet with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction throughout the planning process.
• Handle on-site coordination during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Manage event staff and volunteers, providing direction and support.
• Stay informed of competitor offerings and industry news.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience

• 2+ years of event management experience
