We are looking for passionate Childcare Workers to join our team in Nottingham. This role involves creating a safe and engaging environment for children, supporting their development through play and educational activities. Responsibilities

• Engage children in discussions and play to develop social skills.
• Monitor children's interactions and provide guidance.
• Prepare and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Organize special events and activities for families.
• Provide feedback to parents on their child's progress.
• Stay updated on childcare practices and regulations.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as required.

Requirements

Education

• Early Years Educator qualification preferred
• Safeguarding Training

Experience

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a childcare role

Certifications

• Paediatric First Aid Certification
• Food Safety Level 2

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with EYFS framework: Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and its implementation.
• Ability to speak a second language: Being bilingual may be an advantage for communication with diverse families.
