Pharmaceutical Development Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Development Manager to lead our drug development projects from conception through to execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and project management.

Responsibilities

• Drive the pharmaceutical development strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
• Review and approve clinical protocols and study reports.
• Engage with regulatory authorities during submissions and inspections.
• Collect and analyse data to support development decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drug development methodologies.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings.
• Provide leadership in problem-solving and decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
• Ph.D. in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in drug development processes

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
