Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose health conditions in patients across various age groups.
• Design individualized treatment plans and follow up on patient progress.
• Offer health promotion services and chronic disease management.
• Foster supportive relationships with patients and families.
• Participate in research studies and data collection to enhance care practices.
• Address patient concerns and provide appropriate referrals when necessary.
• Act as a mentor to junior nursing staff and students.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a healthcare setting

• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification

Languages
