Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of managing hotel operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead hotel operations to achieve KPIs and financial targets.
  • Monitor front desk activities and guest check-in/out processes.
  • Implement and evaluate quality standards for guest service.
  • Plan and manage budgets in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for team members.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure hotel standards are met.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience and gather insights.
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Management or Hospitality
  • Postgraduate qualifications are preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, including supervisory roles
