Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our team in Manchester. This role involves coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations across all facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a detailed understanding of maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with procurement to manage inventory levels and order necessary parts.
  • Implement maintenance scheduling software to improve tracking and efficiency.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on maintenance procedures and safety practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Facilities Management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in maintenance scheduling or planning
