Responsibilities

• Help users with technical issues related to software and hardware applications.

• Assist in the setup and configuration of new software and hardware.
• Provide guidance to users on technology best practices.
• Work with external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in training sessions for new users regarding IT resources and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT certifications preferred

Experience

• Experience in an ITIL-driven environment is a plus.
