Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative costume concepts for various performances.
• Liaise with costume makers and wardrobe managers to meet production timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with actors to understand their needs and preferences.
• Supervise and coordinate all fittings with the cast to ensure comfort and style.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure all costumes are stage-ready and in good condition.
• Direct the costume department's workflow and manage project schedules.
• Assist in the organization and upkeep of the costume storage and inventory.
• Foster a safe and creative work environment in the costume department.
• Incorporate feedback from casting and directorial staff to refine designs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Costume Design or Fashion Design is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience specifically in costume design for any visual arts

Languages
