We are seeking a dedicated Tapering Machine Operator who will be responsible for operating and maintaining tapering machines in our busy manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure we meet our production targets while adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for daily production activities.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on tapering machines.
• Document production output and any issues encountered.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operation procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on machine performance.
