Dope Dry-House Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dope Dry-House Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in operating and maintaining machinery, as well as experience in the production of polymer films.

Responsibilities

• Maintain meticulous records of drying processes and machinery performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment or production processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new production technologies.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production targets and quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in manufacturing or polymer production is desirable

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the polymer production industry
