Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dope Dry-House Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in operating and maintaining machinery, as well as experience in the production of polymer films.
Responsibilities
Maintain meticulous records of drying processes and machinery performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment or production processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of new production technologies.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production targets and quality metrics.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the manufacturing environment.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical training in manufacturing or polymer production is desirable
Experience
2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the polymer production industry
