Job Description

As a Corporate Tax Assistant, you will assist in preparing and filing corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. The role involves data analysis, maintaining tax records, and assisting in tax planning strategies. We're looking for an analytical individual with a keen eye for detail to support our tax department.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed tax research and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tax strategies.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly and annual tax forecasts.
  • Perform compliance checks on corporate tax returns prior to submission.
  • Assist in developing training materials on tax compliance for clients.
  • Review tax submissions for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Attend industry seminars to enhance tax knowledge and insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Qualification in taxation such as CTA is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate tax
