Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Mold Filler to join our production team. This role involves filling molds with liquid or semi-liquid materials to manufacture high-quality plastic products. Ideal candidates will have a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage filling materials for the production line.
• Perform regular checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Fill molds and monitor for correct filling and material flow.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment as part of production standards.
• Help train new employees on filling processes and safety measures.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and progress.
• Collect and process waste materials according to company guidelines.
• Report any immediate concerns regarding production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Any previous experience in production is beneficial.
