Responsibilities

• Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) for patients with chronic conditions.
• Educate patients on the proper use of medications and potential side effects.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.
• Assist in inventory management and medication storage.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Pre-registration training completed

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting
