Job Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our vibrant team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing online communities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the social media strategy development and execution.
  • Develop engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and blogs.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media inquiries.
  • Track social media campaigns and prepare performance reports.
  • Conduct social media audits and recommend improvements.
  • Research competition and industry trends to enhance our approach.
  • Facilitate workshops to enhance team knowledge of digital trends.
  • Work with advertising teams to promote brands through paid social strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Social Media Management) are a plus
