As a Corporate Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for advising clients on corporate compliance and governance. Your expertise will guide our legal strategies, ensuring that our operations align with all regulatory requirements while also supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide guidance on risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Develop training programs for employees on legal compliance.

• Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments.
• Prepare and file necessary legal documents with regulatory agencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Master's degree in Corporate Law is an advantage

• 5+ years of practical experience in a corporate legal environment
