Job Description

We are seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to join our Cambridge office. This role is pivotal in promoting employee health and well-being, conducting health assessments, and providing guidance on workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead health promotion initiatives within the organisation.
• Monitor and analyse health trends within the workforce.
• Coordinate with external health specialists as necessary.
• Support mental health initiatives and provide resources.
• Provide confidential advice to employees on health concerns.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Public Health, Occupational Health or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in Occupational Health are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
