Responsibilities
Lead health promotion initiatives within the organisation.
Monitor and analyse health trends within the workforce.
Coordinate with external health specialists as necessary.
Support mental health initiatives and provide resources.
Provide confidential advice to employees on health concerns.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Public Health, Occupational Health or equivalent
Postgraduate qualifications in Occupational Health are advantageous
Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
