Responsibilities

• Assist with various construction tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently execute tasks.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work atmosphere.
• Actively participate in training sessions to enhance skills.

• Be involved in various construction phases based on project needs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a construction role preferred

Technical Skills

• Basic carpentry skills
• Concrete pouring and finishing

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Time management

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in precast concrete: Hands-on experience in working with precast concrete structures.
• Training in construction safety: Understanding of OSHA or similar safety standards.
