Join us as a Boring Machine Operator, where you will play a critical role in our construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that our boring machines operate efficiently, producing quality results that meet project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize boring machines to create precise holes and tunnels as required.
• Inspect and maintain the machinery for reliability and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure coherent project execution.
• Assess drilling operations to identify and resolve problems swiftly.
• Document materials used and time taken for each project.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide support to less experienced team members.
• Test the boring operations to ensure they meet project specifications.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in drilling technology.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safety-first culture.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Construction Operations or similar is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• CNC Operations
• Safety Compliance

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• CPCS Card or equivalent
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC Machines: Hands-on experience operating CNC machinery will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of Material Properties: Understanding various materials and their drilling characteristics.
