Responsibilities
Utilize boring machines to create precise holes and tunnels as required.
Inspect and maintain the machinery for reliability and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure coherent project execution.
Assess drilling operations to identify and resolve problems swiftly.
Document materials used and time taken for each project.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Provide support to less experienced team members.
Test the boring operations to ensure they meet project specifications.
Keep up-to-date with advancements in drilling technology.
Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safety-first culture.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in Construction Operations or similar is advantageous
Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
