Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager in Liverpool, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
  • MBA is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or sales roles
