Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Innovative Solutions Ltd., you will be pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve their goals with our products. You'll act as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, offering support and guidance to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training webinars and workshops for clients.
  • Establish customer success metrics and track their progress.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Gather and document customer testimonials and case studies.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team on customer outreach initiatives.
  • Participate in industry events to promote customer engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Business or Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles
