In this role, you will diagnose and resolve technical problems, assist with IT projects, and ensure the security and efficiency of our technology systems. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Work on system updates and patches to maintain security standards.
• Assist in training users on new technologies and software systems.
• Participate in IT projects and contribute to implementation plans.
• Track and manage IT inventory, ensuring all assets are accounted for.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field

• Windows and Linux Operating Systems
