We are on the lookout for an IT Specialist based in Belfast to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will oversee our IT infrastructure, provide support to users, and play a crucial role in optimising system performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor systems for potential issues and resolve them proactively.
• Provide support and training to users on various software and hardware.
• Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place.
• Collaborate with the IT team on projects and initiatives.
• Participate in IT projects to enhance system functionalities.
• Report to management on systems performance and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or related roles
