Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and software development. You will work on exciting projects that push the boundaries of artificial intelligence, contributing to solutions that significantly impact our clients' operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research initiatives to explore new AI methodologies and their applications.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on AI topics.
  • Collaborate with cross-department teams to drive AI integration across the organization.
  • Develop prototypes to validate concepts before full-scale implementation.
  • Contribute to publications and presentations in industry conferences.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field
  • Ph.D. in a related field is a plus
