We are seeking a skilled Pleater to join our team. In this role, you will operate pleating machines, ensuring precision in folding and stitching fabric to produce high-quality pleated garments. Attention to detail and a passion for textile production are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate pleating machines and manage the operation of different stitching equipment.
• Assist in developing new pleating designs and techniques with the design team.
• Maintain optimal machine performance and perform routine maintenance.
• Conduct thorough inspections of completed garments to ensure quality standards.
• Document production output and report on manufacturing efficiency.
• Support other production staff in achieving departmental goals.
