Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Veterinarian Epidemiologist responsible for investigating disease patterns in animals, collaborating with veterinary professionals and government to prevent disease spread. This role is vital to ensuring animal health and public safety.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and document patterns of animal diseases.
  • Coordinate with other departments on integrated health programs.
  • Implement data management and analysis protocols.
  • Draft reports and policy recommendations based on epidemiological research.
  • Participate in workshops to disseminate knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of health interventions.
  • Liaise with local and international health organisations.
  • Design educational materials for training purposes.

Requirements

Education
  • DVM or related field
  • Master's degree in Epidemiology or Public Health preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in Epidemiology or Veterinary Science.
