Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Instructional Designer to join our team in Windsor. The successful candidate will employ various instructional design principles and methodologies to develop engaging and effective learning materials. This role involves collaborating closely with educators and stakeholders to align content with curriculum goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of online and blended learning solutions.
• Incorporate diverse learning theories and methodologies in instructional design.
• Guide the implementation of learning management systems and technologies.
• Evaluate the impact of instructional strategies on learner outcomes and adjust accordingly.
• Provide ongoing support and training for educators in the use of new instructional tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio

Languages
