Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning Officer to join our finance team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, playing a vital role in shaping our financial strategies and advising on investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial modelling projects and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and maintain robust forecasting models for business units.
  • Engage with stakeholders to present financial results and recommendations.
  • Proactively manage financial risks and identify contingency plans.
  • Facilitate training sessions for the finance team on financial systems and tools.
  • Continuously seek process improvements within the finance function.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Economics, Finance, or Business
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or equivalent
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or financial planning
