Responsibilities

  • Administer nursing care in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Monitor patient responses to treatments and report any changes.
  • Assist in the training and development of new nursing staff.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and performance.
  • Conduct educational sessions for patients and their families.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
  • Support the Head Nurse in administrative tasks.
  • Implement infection control measures and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with social services for patient support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in nursing preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of nursing experience preferred
